You will see his passion in the care and execution of all of the prepared items at Natural Provisions, from the hot buffet to custom made sandwiches and more. He values the importance of eating not only for sustainability, but also for satisfaction.
Chef Leary’s journey began at NECI and has spanned across the country from Boston to New York, and Seattle to Nashville, before settling back home in Vermont with the knowledge he had absorbed of all kinds of cuisine. He’s worked in the finest of kitchens, including some favorite local establishments, and has been a chef instructor. He looks forward to bringing his passion and dedication to outstanding culinary fare to the customers at Natural Provisions each and every day.
